All rights, titles and assets in the Game, including but not limited to code, music, graphics, and the “Echoes Of The Arcade” brand, are owned by Compañía Premium de video y television S.L. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer of any asset or part of the Game.

4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Game in a manner that is lawful and respectful. Prohibited actions include:

• Altering the game in any form.
• Attempting to cheat or exploit game mechanics.
• Redistributing or selling the Game without authorization.
• Using the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compañía Premium de Video y Televisión S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or medical condition arising out of your use of the Game. This includes, but is not limited to, motion sickness, dizziness, or any physical injury resulting from the use of virtual reality equipment.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
